Terms of Service

By using this website or engaging Vantra (Pty) Ltd for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Vantra provides marketing, growth strategy and AI automation services, described on our Services and Pricing pages. Prices shown are "from" prices, exclude VAT (15%), and final quotes depend on project scope confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.

• Retainer services run on a minimum 3-month term unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Once-off projects are scoped and quoted individually before work begins.
• Where we manage paid advertising, you (the client) pay ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) directly — ad spend never passes through Vantra.
• You retain full ownership of all accounts, content, creative assets and automations built during our engagement.

Invoices are payable per the terms set out in your proposal or agreement. Late payment may result in a pause of services until the account is settled.

Retainers may be cancelled with written notice as specified in your agreement, subject to the 3-month minimum term. Once-off projects already in progress are billed for work completed to date.

Deliverables created specifically for you (content, creative, code, automations) become your property once paid in full. Vantra retains rights to its own internal tools, templates and methodologies used to deliver the work.

Vantra will perform services with reasonable skill and care, but does not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. exact follower counts, revenue or rankings), as these depend on factors outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
